You found me! This is where I hang out now.

When the studio had to close in March of 2020 I moved here.

I've been here making videos all this time.

I must say, it was really hard at first.

And the production value of those early classes?

A bit rough.

But they've gotten better. 

Now there are close to 70 classes in the Membership and I'm finally getting the hang of it. 

If you want to practice with me on your own schedule, the Monthy Membership 

gives you lots of classes to choose from.

In the fall of 2021, I plan to open Live again and I'll be streaming those live classes and you can Zoom into them.  If you have a Monthly Membership you can do that as part of your membership. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a class card.

I’ll give you permission to breathe and take up space.

I’ll remind you that breathing and taking up space is really, really important.

And you should do it. 

Often. 

And consciously.

If your life feels schitzy and off-the-rails, I’ll give you some techniques to ground and balance you. I’ll keep reminding you to breathe and to pay attention to where your body is in space.

Because if you can breathe consciously, and inhabit the space where you’re actually living, you’ll feel better:

                                More Connected.
